True and actually you could say the same for JD Martinez, he's just heating up now but it's already June and the Mets are already hugely behind. All star each of the last 3 years but currently 5 home runs .785 OPS not great so far.

I do not know how it is in the majors, my highest level of playing baseball was like 14 years old in a senior league but what I do know is walks kill! How many times have you seen a pitcher walk 1 or 2 batters and then boom, a homerun or a base clearing double or just back to back hits. Why not just try to over power the batter and throw your fast ball? I hate when you see bases loaded 3-2 count and the pitcher throws a off speed and misses and walks in a run; I dunno, just something I think about lol
This team is so frustrating to watch. I don’t want this season to turn into the 21’ season. We should be beating these teams that are not good, it’s wtv we can get back on track
What a wild game and awesome with all the stat padding late for my bets to hit. 8 of 9 Mets players had 2+ total bases and it was key for Joc and Walker to go yard in the 9th! Wow I got lucky on my 8 player 2+ total bases parlay that cashed in huge! I love these kind of games where hits just keep coming. Along with the Brewers/white Sox game and Padres/royals game tonite, tons of money was made on players going off padding their stats. And I can't remember the last time we had a 10-9 final score in a game. I think this was the first 10-9 final score game this year. Expect tomorrows game between these teams to be no different except 19 runs won't be scored lol. We'll get at least 10 runs scored in Saturday's showdown!
