Adana is the capital city of Kebap. I can recommend you Ciğerci Mahmut, Kaburgacı Yaşar Usta, Beyzade restaurant. They are another level. Also, you can not eat bad Kebap in Adana in any restaurant but if you want to go best, those 3 restaurant are really good.

Diyarbakir is so popular have historical place and good food. for example meal name (for breakfast) people eat Ciğer/Ciger from Umut Ciğercisi . Paça/Paca from Fazıl Usta Restaurant , Çigköfte from Hacı Siraç Restaurant, Adana kebap from Nasır Usta Restaurant. Another meals Diyarbakır çöreği and Kibe mumbar same in Adana that you ate . Dessert name Kadayıf/ Kadayif and Soğuk Baklava from Sıtkı Usta. you should try really delicious. I have met a lot of food vloggers but to be honest this channel of luke martin is the best!!!!! There are also many many good staple Turkish dishes vegan based but very tasty, some fish dishes, good desserts other than baklava. We have many good dishes other than kebabs too. Soups, pot dishes, pastries, appetizers, cheeses, drinks, etc.

Great theme, great visuality....In Turkey, the "Usta(master)" means a person who devotes himself to a career field. There are also "usta" (masters) in the kitchen and they devote themselves to a cooking theme. "Kebapçı Ali Usta Adana Kebap, Hakan Usta Sirdan, Şalgamcı Senol Usta , etc.
These street foods you try are actually only a part of Turkish cuisine. It may take years for you to taste our home made meals. If you have a mother like me who cooks well, it means you are very lucky 😊😊

Kind of sheep gut. Abomasum is present in cows too , this is place where grass is mostly digested.
It is like our kazak kazi-karta made of horse intestine stuffed with horse meat:)
