Interesting idea and a good try. However it's not roadworthy and looks suspiciously unsafe to me. Firstly the mounting brackets for the rear tyre you've cut n welded out of the gas bottle are not up to the task. You need much harder+thicker steel for those and there are many other aspects like the seat, fuel tank, the gear shifter etc to name a few. Don't expose perfectly good tyres to your welding sparks, they burn the rubber and they'll just pop one day out of the blue. At least cover them with aluminium folio while welding.
