If they don't answer good old trial an error. I'd start with a yard and a quarter. Try some scrap cords so you aren't wasting and then if it's too much just subtract when you go to start one on good cord. Remember the thicker the cord the longer you need
It looks like she alternated 1.20 m cords with 1 m ones. Starting with one which is 1.20 But it will depend on the diameter of the cords... I don't know which she uses.
