Got to play a house show with them when they were on tour. They blew me away and they were super cool to chill with. It was awesome getting to sing this with them
Not sure if the Bandcamp for Days N' Daze/Broken Bow Split has got this wrong or not. It says this is When I Went Down To Hell, but Eulogy Pt. 2 on there sounds more like it'd be When I Went Down To Hell. Either way, love it.
***** Subculture So the first time I edited this, I called them to ask about the song. Whitney from DnD answered since Broken Bow was onstage at the time, and told me it was Eulogy Pt. 2. Then I went on their bandcamp, saw it was "When I Went Down To Hell", and edited it with that title. Then Chris hit me up to say "great video, but the name is wrong. It's supposed to be Eulogy Pt. 2, and we just mixed it up on our bandcamp." Basically, I had to call Whitney back and apologize for ever doubting her. Cool story, Alec
same genre. also, having a washboard is pretty fucking rare. so having that will make them seem like it in my opinion. only my nigga there is playing resonator guitar not normal guitar. has a different sound
I know dude. But also, they have the same kinda bass player. The only thing really different is the guitar, everything else is almost identical, besides a lack of horns and a different type of guitar.
Washtub bass is not really an original thing. Jug bands have been using them since the early 1900's and a lot of folk punk bands have adopted them. Days 'N Daze is just the most widely known folk punk band right now that uses one.

I remember that house show!!! What great friends!!!
This is eerily prophetic, considering the ocean is on fire currently. We've flown too close to the sun, now we're drowning in flames...
The banjo on the album version really gives the song a deeper spirt :-D
can't wait to see these guys again!
awesome strumming!
What a great song to listen to after the world has gone mad..
Awesome band! Love broken bow

The band said the tracks got switched around. Plus, if you listen to them lyrically, it makes a lot more sense
