There should be a ingame mode where there's super good bots that can flick and shoot in the air, to train the player defence.
if you are on pc there is a built in bakkesmod plugin for it.

@@ItzAndrewYT turn on bakkesmod, go to training, go near the goal line and press either number 1,2,3,4 or use the dpad on controller. Im not sure which button it is for the ball to come shooting at you but just experiment with it.

Once you’ve learned defensive rotations the only way to get better on defense is first being on defense but second determining you best path to clear the ball and get back in rotation the most effective and efficient way possible.

Hi guys you might not take fan video recommendations but here is an idea you can do. You could use the opposite air roll and play against each other e.g. if you use air roll right the use air roll left, if air roll left them air roll right. If you use standard air roll then which ever air roll you feel most comfortable with use the opposite one instead :)

A fun video idea would be having the team try out Echo VR together. It's a 3v3 team-based game that resembles Rocket League in zero gravity. Instead of cars, players use rocket boosted robots. Would be neat to see their synergy play a part in a game where they have zero hours in that games mechanics. Just a fun idea. Love the content NRG!
