Thanks. Great to see it done before delving into the replacement. Thanks to the commenters for a link to the replacement battery. Don't think you need to remove battery tray; just an extra step.
Buying it from China will be cheaper but it will take a long time to arrive. I skipped the waiting time and paid $6 on Amazon and came in less than a week.
Hi! Thanks for the video. I need to hard reset my MX Anywhere 2s (it's a different model from your video), but when I press the button for 5 secs it still enters the pairing mode. Is there anyway I can reset it by opening it?
Ty for video, will come in handy. Shame on Logitech for this mouse: 100 bucks. 1 year of design use-> side pads started melting (and not in the spots my hand is actually touching the mouse). After 2 years minor issues with charging. Before that I had the Logitech M510: Prob 30 bucks. Heavy gaming use, and endless falls on the floor. Lasted 13 years, only minor plastic wear.
Thanks for this video. Can you demonstrate how to fix the left click button? Mine stopped working today. Also, what are the names of the tools you are using and where did you get them, including the replacment stickers for the bottom? Thank you!
Hi, battery u can buy from here : vi.aliexpress.com/item/4001065220260.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.2d6b1244bMPNh4&algo_pvid=6fcdfc7d-ae27-45ca-b24b-937a2028a1a7&algo_exp_id=6fcdfc7d-ae27-45ca-b24b-937a2028a1a7-8&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2210000014000306545%22%7D . To fix the left click button, you can spray a little De-rust Lubricant on the push button, it will work again
@Mr Old, I dropped mine in a glass of water, Seriously! into a frickin glass that's circumference is maybe a centimeter wider than the mouse. I yanked it out and dried it the best I could and I t worked for a bout in hour, then the cursor quit working and then everything quit working soon after. do you think changing the battery could fix mine or should i not even bother.
probably won't fix it. the issue probably isnt the battery, but some other corrosion on the board/circuits. you can open up the mouse to see if anything looks corroded. also try doing a warranty replacement, contact logitech
Поставил бы лайк, если бы не: - Глухонемое видео; - Тупые понты с моторизованной отверткой которую, как оказалось нужно-таки крутить; - Нестриженные ногти в конце; - Отсутствие линочков в описании на где купить новую батарейку.
