This fix has helped me 4 times already. I'm going to try to add a few coats of epoxy/gorrilla glue to the tabs and maybe they won't break off so easily.

I regret SO much I bought a Nespresso. Mine is 2 months old and it just ruins the capsules (and they are expensive!) and the light keeps flashing.

I can't get the spout to come off :(
this is only good IF the bottom or top clip-connection point of the spout is broken. If it's not, have to take the outer casing and top off as well.
Thanks for your video. Couldn't find the part in Singapore, Nespresso doesn't sell the part. Australia doesn't ship overseas. I got the part, "Nespresso Steam Cover" shipped from "buyspares uk"

California, January 2019- Great advice! I had had no liquid steaming out of the spout, so after viewing your clip I carefully disassembled the side covers, opened the spout, cleaned it and (carefully again) reassembled it, and walla- it worked! There was no need for replacement parts. Now I have enjoyed a nice cup of Valuto cappuccino.
