I was just thinking of this song. I had the chorus struck in my head all day Thursday. That first verse is so quick and tricky! I was wondering what it'd sound like as performed by you. Now I know. Kick ass. Would you ever consider covering 'Political Stu'. Circle Jerks are awesome. Wait, did that come out wrong?
It's like she can sing with two distinct voices at the same time. The smooth tonal voice, and then on top of that second raspy voice that she can vary a little off key for dramatic effect.
the deeper i delve, the more i am enthralled. Amazing. I do a lot of acoustic covers on the side of my regular bands, but my voice isn't anywhere near as nice. haha.
I really like this cover, which is funny because I actually thought "Ooh great, here we go again, another person fucking up good punk songs with an acoustic guitar". But it turned out awesome! I would love to see you do more punk covers. Or more Rise Against songs (paper wings would be cool, but Im not sure if the electirical part of that song would translate well to acoustic). Anyway, keep it up!
