    i have a question about utility ai how to set cooldown ? should i use that as action or should i use it as a consideration ? guide me please

      A cooldown should be a consideration.

      You basically store the last time you executed an action and the consideration returns a score based on current time - execution time and you decide to execute it or not. We are adding automatic systems for these too in future updates so stay tuned.
