I love that scene it’s my favorite, it shows how much Geralt cares about Ciri and how their connection is a father daughter. He was angry you can see his face expression when the two nilfgaard guards had Ciri on the ground, he was walking towards them with rage. I think that rage was both about the guards because he is protective of Ciri and Yen was rage and sadness because she put Ciri in danger. Also, it’s very different because in the games Geralt does care about Ciri a lot but you don’t see it a lot in his expression but it’s there in his actions. But in the show, you can see it a lot in his expressions like saying “this is really my child” so he will protect her at all cost even from his true love Yen. it’s great because it shows through his actions and expressions, makes the characters more realistic and unique. Because everyone knows how Geralt is, and he is different with Ciri, like she gets on Roach and he’s fine with it while no one else can not even Jaskier can get on Roach, he had to walk. That’s shows everyone(his friends, and the other Witcher’s) how importantly Ciri is to him.

Não é porque eu gosto da ciri mais na minha visão acho que ela sim é a melhor personagem da trama, o desenvolvimento de como uma princesa indefesa se torna uma mulher poderosa ,que vai se descobrindo e descobrindo também seus poderes , e vencendo seus medos . E claro a relação de pai e filha dela com Gerald é muito boa , deixa tudo melhor do que já é ...

Yeah the way he said in the las episode that “Villentretenmerth told us we were made for each other, destined for each other and that nothing would come of it because destiny alone isn’t sufficient something more is needed, She’s something more” which means that maybe Ciri is the balance to their relationship they both care deeply about her they would do anything to protect her. I’m scared when the brotherhood finds out yennefer is protecting Ciri what would they do to her.

I also understand Geralt he won’t forgive her because she put ciri’s life on the line but still she will protect her at all cost. And she was under influence of deathless mother yeah she knew what she was doing she had consciousness of herself
