The world already knows about the titanic, what happened, what’s down there etc. So at this point in time what’s the point of still trying to go down there, my god what’s wrong with people. It’s time to leave the titanic alone already and invest that amount of money in much more useful things.
They had to check ✔ this off of their bucket list. If they hadn't climbed Mt. Everest yet,it was prolly next on the list. But its still sad if they died this way.
My question is will this company have to pay for all those plains, fuel, two countries military, coast guard. This is extremely costly and unfortunately they are most likely no longer alive. I personally feel every penny needs paid back by this company. With that said I do feel for the families, the people on board knew the risks they were taking being sealed in the sub.
A lot of us were guessing it was a cluster of giant squid, but a blue whale 🐳 could be possible as well. Maybe they'll survive with a story to tell like Jonah from the bible.
Don't be too sad, so that you can reserve some for the "ordinary people" that thousands of them end life at the bottom of seas in a despair of a better life. Some billionaires there is not that many to boast of
Not even that, besides the US has already helped Ukraine well enough with millions and millions of dollars, we cannot keep carrying with Ukraine’s problems when we also have our own problems to deal with. Ukraine has to deal with this on their own too, we’ve helped enough.
@Diana Rendon, it seems there might be some misconceptions in your understanding of the situation in Ukraine. While it's tangential to our main discussion, I think it's important to clarify a few things before we proceed. Your comment, whether intended or not, aligns with the narrative that Putin's administration has been carefully crafting. It's crucial to remember that Ukraine isn't just fighting for its own sovereignty, but for the principles of democracy, human rights, and international law that we all hold dear. Russia, the primary aggressor in this conflict, has been meticulously planning this assault for years. They've employed a strategy of fostering populist movements in Western-oriented countries, a tactic designed to divert attention and create internal divisions that weaken collective responses to their aggressive actions. Moreover, it's worth noting that Ukraine has shown remarkable resilience in the face of this aggression. Despite being outmatched in terms of military power, they've managed to hold their ground and even push back in some areas. This is a testament to their determination and commitment to defending their homeland. As for NATO, it has consistently shown its commitment to supporting Ukraine. While it's true that NATO has not intervened directly in the conflict, it has provided significant support in terms of training, equipment, and financial aid. This is in line with NATO's commitment to uphold international law and support countries that are under threat. In conclusion, it's important to look beyond the surface and understand the broader implications of this conflict. It's not just about Ukraine and Russia, but about the principles that underpin our global order. Greetings from the Netherlands!
I appreciate all of you and your discussion. Thank you all.

No for information
If it didn't umplode then the Sea current took them for a very far ride. Even if they do find them on the sea floor they can't even get them up
Thanks Captain. You should pass along this critical information to the rescue teams.
@@De-pq6tqno other vessels capable of doing that
Even if they made it back to the surface if they're not found soon they're going to suffocate don't have any way to open up so they can get fresh air

How much do “plains” cost?
Well there’s a billionaire onboard who I’m sure shouldn’t mind footing the bill right about now.
@@vicariousjohnson9823 lol, auto correct can be so cruel! My lack of proof reading shines!
The company said the next ride is free.💸
So sad...May their souls rest in peace. RIP
Nobody confirmed deceased as of
The underwater sound microphones (SOSUS) probably could have heard the implosion.
If only your expertise was available to the rescue team. But alas, you have a shift at Burger King to cover. Maybe next time.
A billionaire trapped in a vessel with 3 other people. What could possibly go wrong?
More titanic victims
It takes hours to get to the wreckage depth. They lost contact less than 2 hrs in so it wasnt that deep relatively. Carried away on a rouge current?
I think they said it would take 2 1/2 hours to reach the intended depth. Lost contact at 1 hour 45 mins. So still made it pretty deep I suppose.
Seals can leak. Even a small defect in an o-ring type of seal can allow the vessel to lose positive buoyancy.
Jesus this must be amateur hour for this news station.
This is why we need training before going to space. Why they think this is like just regular diving?
The skipper is a retired French sub captain. No one thought this was regular diving.
Can they use laser mapping to locate the sub?
A whale might have swallowed it up. A Blue Whale is gigantic

Maybe you should be on the rescue team. You have a lot of good ideas to offer.
Gps and radio signals do not work underwater.
If neutrally buoyant could drift in currents for awhile vs if on bottom
Maybe a GIANT SQUID grabbed it. Or the KRAKEN wished to get to the TASTY BITS inside the sub.
I wish you people, show a little respect, how would you feel if your family members or friends were on this sub.
serves them right
61 year old pilot may have had heart attack? Emergency buoy? Auto surface That requires human activation?
Regardless of what happen where the government in helping with all the technology they have
I think it might of hit a Iceberg
Lot's of people are betting on a giant squid, and one even thinks it could be a blue whale. 🐳
*an iceberg
Yeah and let ‘em pay for the rescue too
Should have went over Niagara Falls in a barrel at least they would’ve found something.🚢🙈🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️
Look to the future, who gets the billion dollars💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

All the money spent on this rescue effort that could have been spent on the Ukrainians scorched-earth policy of the liberated Russian oblasts
