Not completely on topic: I own both the Z623 and got the 1280DB yesterday. The 1280 DBs are much more defined, wider and crisp then the logitechs. The bass on the 1280DB is really good. Not wall shaking as the Z623, but for music it goes deep and has a good rollover. I have the Z623 for my computer which is good for games and some shows/movies, but for music the edifiers win hands down.
I just got the 1280T and there is really no bass to speak of, even with the bass dial turned all the way up, it just doesn't put out lower frequencies. Full bass sounds a bit muddy or muffled. They are very crisp and detailed, otherwise, but if someone wants any amount of decent bass, even from songs that aren't totally bass heavy, like "Don't Panic" by Coldplay, you won't get it with 1280 Edifiers, they're not full range. Vocals don't sound like they're coming out of the speakers, though, they're very clear and sound like there's a center channel.

Hmm my logitch z263 sounded like cheap laptop speakers when I tried them
Check your ears
Unfortunately it's true. Just try the speakers without the sub and you'll see what he means. The woofer must be handling a lot of the mids.
ABS GAMES they are still fairly loud and have bass without the woofer but yes the woofer is mostly what puts them together
@@predispose no bass in those without the sub
HONDA RULES well yea no low frequency bass but that’s what the sub is for
edifier sound like coming from bucket🤔
Logitech win blu four many
The lack of bass on the Edifier is horrible IMO
I think the model 1280 that ends "DB" fixes that but it's 50 box more or so.
@@absgames9425 The DB version just has bluetooth and additional input options, otherwise they are identical speakers.
@@barfo281 not according to the frequency response printed in the specs
THX certification is enough to say which one sounds best. Logitech always yeah.
THX certificación is like hi-res is pure marketing doesnt Say anything
But I trust on thx certification.
THX is owned my Razer the mice company.
To get THX certification it only needs to be a certain percent loud. Plus a healthy license fee paid to THX. It's all marketing and here it's clearly worked.
На Man on fire обе системы сосут с проглотом. Просто невероятно ужасное звучание.
Edifier is a joke😂 too costly as compare the sound.
That logitech looks fugly
El logitech
Logitech is a cheap company ...
What you mean "Cheap"? I don't think so, bro
@@dariuss7923 It is cheap indeed, it aims at making profit while using cheap materials like plastic. Tell me one single 2.0 made out of wood from Logitech. Even better, tell me one single 2.1, 5.1 or 7.1 made out of wood from Logitech. Just because you're using a Logitech doesn't make it expensive or hi-fi and you'd understand that by using actually higher grade speakers. Logitech is simply an affordable company that makes PC speakers and pheripherals.
so true but people won't realise this until they try other quality brands like Edifier and Audioengine.
Logitech is not only one company using cheap plastic
You people don’t get it... Logitech is meant for people who want to play games or watch movies... Is not for music... If you want a perfect music then get a amp and 2.0 bookshelves speakers...
Debilni srovnani 🙈 srovnavejte 2.1 vs 2.1
A produkty se stejnou cilovou skupinou.
Logitech ma sice full range satelity, ale je urceny predevsim na elektronickou hudbu
Hi
edifier sounds tiny.
Logitech is more like trash bass
Is the bass worse than the edifier's ? Im trying to buy a speaker between these two
