Turmoil is definitely one of the best EXE concepts, having been normal Mario corrupted by a mushroom with Yoshi’s code and turning him into the monster we see now. Also I just love the Forest of Illusion motif at 1:03.

Turmoil came to be after Mario consumed a Corrupted mushroom that took an apearance of a regular mushroom however in reality contained parts of Yoshis Code. Upon eating the mushroom Mario turned into this amalgamation. It gave him the powers of Yoshi (long tongue and ability consume enemies) but due to its corrupted nature it also in turn turned him blind and made his mind more animalistic simular to yoshi. (Lot of people are confused why the shroom made him blind but its theorized this was either due to Mushroom Poisoning causing blindness or because his eyes are part Mario and part Yoshi, meaning theyre so deformed they dont work anymore) The reason why Turmoil isint a villain is because he doesent have any ill will towards anyone else other than Bowser and his minions. Only reason he attacks Bf is because he litereally cant see that BF isint Hostile towards him and because BF has taken a form of a gomba wich are bowsers minions. So he just senses and hears the voice of a gomba near him and attacks it. His methods are brutal but he isint doing them in evil intend. He genuently thinks hes just protecting the kingdom and being a good guy. So yeah Turmoli is combination of Marios dislike of bowser and his minions but will to do good and save everyone combined with Yoshis animalistic nature of eating those who are hostile towards it yet still being kind Hearted and loyal. In result we get TURMOIL a Animalistic Humanoid whos loyal to the kingdom and to Marios & Peaches friends but with a dislike for bowser and with the nature to eat Marios enemies aka Bowser and his Minions. So... yeah aslong as youre human and not a Gomba, Bowser, Koopa, Wiggler, etc. You and Turmoli whould get along. Well aswell along as you could get with a friendly Blind humansized Chameleon. Just mayby dont do your Gomba impression near him. Btw for those wondering why his name is Turmoil. Its due to the meaning of the word Turmoil: *a state of great disturbance, confusion, or uncertainty.* I think we all whould be in Turmoil if our very being was Mixed together with a Lizard Dinosaur Chameleon.
I feel like i should mention this could also be based on the other version of Turmoil. In it Mario goes insane and starts to devouver everyone who he comes by. He enjoys tormenting others. His faivorite parts to eat are Bones. Not as complicated as the other version but that could be what this is based on. Tho BF being a Goomba whould suggest the anti hero version or a hybrid between the 2. So if its not the anti hero version of Turmoil its probably a mix between the 2 where Turmoil still doesent eat its allies but does get sadistic pleasure from eating and tormenting Bowsers Minions.

He wasn't even first with it, but anyways Turmoil is basically half Yoshi/half Mario, the downside was that he was stripped of his ability to see, if the mushroom didn't take away his eye sight, he'd retain the benefits of it, he only eats what he hears and senses, so he means well, but he's not aware about what he's doing, due to the negative side effects
Out of all the characters Mario's Madness V2 brought to the table, Turmoil is by far the one that actually gave me the creeps. Mostly because of the art and especially that Game Over Screen.

Upon eating the mushroom Mario turned into Turmoli and it gave him the powers of Yoshi (long tongue and ability consume enemies) but due to its corrupted nature it also in turn turned him blind and morphed his mind to become more like that of an animal just like Yoshis, He doesent have any ill will towards anyone else other than Bowser and his minions. Only reason he attacks Bf is because he cant see that BF isint Hostile towards him and because BF has taken a form of a gomba wich are bowsers minions.
His methods are brutal but he isint doing them in evil intend. He genuently thinks hes just protecting the kingdom and being a good guy.
So yeah Turmoli is combination of Marios dislike of bowser and his minions but will to do good and save everyone combined with Yoshis animalistic nature of eating those who are hostile towards it yet still being kind Hearted. In result we get TURMOLI a Animalistic Humanoid who wants to be a hero and save the kingdom by eating its enemies.
So... yeah aslong as youre human and not a Gomba, Bowser, Koopa, Wiggler, etc. You and Turmoli whould get along.
So basically he's Starved Eggman.

Este Mario solía ser uno normal.
Normal hasta que en una de sus aventuras comió un hongo mezclado con el código de Yoshi, desde ese entonces se transformo en Turmoil y como ahora tiene el código de Yoshi dentro suyo, se la pasa devorando a cualquiera que pase por su camino.
En esta canción, Boyfriend esta como un enemigo, y mientras caminaba por el bosque comenzó a ver cadáveres a medio devorar, entonces es cuando se encuentra a Turmoil y comienza la canción.

From what everyone else is saying. This is Turmoil. A Mario who ate a mushroom that has Yoshi's coding mixed within (hence his ability to fire out his tongue like Yoshi). After eating the corrupted mushroom, he became a hungry predator that feasts on the creatures he encounters. He's blind so he has to rely on other sense to hunt.
