Anyone also struggling with them: Equipping a spell build and spamming the upgraded desolate dive made the fight for me when they put me against a wall. Each one have 220 HP and the upgraded desolate dive gives a 60HP damage
random advice for these guys: it's better if you go for Lurien (and encounter the watcher knights) after you get shade dash that'll make everything easier.
I recently had defeated them, but as the last one's death animation played, my pc froze. After losing 2 more times, I practically went berserk and killed them very quickly only taking 3 hits
He beated watcher Knights: Me: oh, ok, easy, Just practice a little bit. He did It hitless: Me: oh ok, its Just them but radiant, nothing too hard. He doesnt have shade cloak: Me: *Respect++*

so.... Upgraded desolate dive four times to defeat ONE.... that still leave 4 or 5 left to fend off till you can preform 4 more desolate dives
I found that the sink charm helped me lots
