Uncontrollable Bautista (& unrestricted Panigale V4R) was on the different league, fucking devil, but eventually his sheer speed led to his demise in 2019.
I never understand why they show the leader crossing the finish line when its clear that he is gonna win. We missed Melandris overtake on Lows because of that.
By your standards this isn't a good BBB series in my opinion. Still better than any other bike channel though.Maybe it's the editing, but seems a bit slow and the jokes are a bit tired.
The same goes for me! 2 mistakes>>>losing the T...and moving to Honda for 2 years Otherwise, he could have done 19-23 titles in a row. But the same mistake of moving has been made by 54 and 65 this year...I am afraid...or maybe not

It’s not fair Ducati has 1200cc ….ducati makes 1000cc v4 it’s not fair Ducati too fast…. Ducati gets rev limits might as well run a spec series with Honda engines and call it a day
All the other bikes have too do is make a 1200cc & that's it! And then the motorcycles will be even, if they move up you move up. These other motorcycle companies have the same ability as Ducati. Because the last time I checked, doesn't Suzuki have a 1340cc Hayabusa street bike & Kawasaki a 1441cc ninja zx-14r .....??? So it goes to show that they are capable. They just don't want to, that's being stubborn, then complain when Ducati has to much power or a larger ⭕ engine 🚂 that the other competitors or capable of making!!! Probably make a more powerful & better 1200cc engine 🚂 than Ducati? I remember when Suzuki in 2000 to around 2009 or so had the fastest bike & more powerful engine 🚂. Ducati only had a 998 back 🔙 then. Ducati never complained, they just raced. Suzuki, Honda & Yamaha all had 1000cc displacements then later on in the years all three Japanese bikes reduced the engine when they should of stayed 1000cc or up,if you ask me Ducati did the right thing. I'm not a Ducati fan I like Suzuki but when you're able to do the same as the other motorcycle 🏍️, do it! Don't complain & then the races will be even, & if Ducati wins then, it was just the better bike 🚲. It's is time to move up the specs on motorcycles now anyway, for MotoGP & WSBK I'd rather see a 1200cc bike race than a 1000cc bike race. More exciting! Heck!! Most of the bikes are not 🚫 even using 1000cc, there using 999, 998' s or less. Putting cheap stuff on their motorcycles & then expecting a win.......!??? I'm not a Ducati fan by far, but they are right in this category. Japanese, Aprilia & BMW bikes don't want to change, but it is time for a change...!!!!!!!
Re MotoGP HOW does it delight sportbike riding race fans when their favorite brands dont put the same effort into improving production bikes than they do TOTALLY unique hand built race bikes?? All that development just for bragging rights but next to zero potential of trickle down production bike improvments future models! Like will we EVER see seamless transmissions in price point sports bikes? Highly doubtful! At least in this regard WSBK is way better for sportsbike lovers at least even if they individually still are miles from production counterpart at least they remain somewhat similar? well over 100 llbs lighter but still
Most of the tech DOES filter to road machines...slipper clutches, carbon fibre, single sided swingarms, mag wheels, helmholtz resonators, fuel injection, traction control, upside down forks, advanced alloys, tyre technology, clutchless upshifts etc.
From a spectator point of view there is seriously no difference watching WSBK or MotoGP it seems stupid really that rules allow so much proto modification when the original idea is basically stock bikes ....I dont get it personally? Not sure what the answer is but this aint it. Maybe insist on all stock components with claiming rule to keep teams honest ...like any close losing competitor can buy components from winning bike for 2X OEM price or whatever I think simply racing stock motorcycles with the exception of tuning parts suspension and tires should be plenty good enough to provide great racing while allowing teams with a low budget a real chance
And hey if a manufacturer has such a crappy OEM swingarm for instance as to be uncompetitive? Then SHAME on that manufacturer for selling the model to the public in the first place! Ya know? MAKE EM race what they sell!
I hope this kind of "classic races" will show up every weekend before the race weekend.
So it's more like MotoGP last season.

Why is this a classic? It’s a standard race.
Debut ride, win and 15 seconds lead from Alvaro, not much people can do that, last was Biaggi in 2007

I still don't understand how the hell did he manage to lose the title that year.

This was NOT a RACE!!!
Agreed, apart from the circuit, riders, race teams, a starting grid, chequered flag, fans, TV, sponsors, medical crews etc

Except every bike is over 200,000$ per model, so your point is moot. Also only Bautista is this fast and no one else.
What superstock then?
Bautista didn't do shit on honda
