I really struggled with this type of work in EGD, our teacher doesn't really explain it well but I think I can write my NSS tomorrow with confidence knowing I can complete the part I always keep for last because I struggle!❤

Hi, please check the two recent Two Point Perspective drawings in this Grade 11 playlist... The basics are explained in detail and can be applied in more complex Two Point Perspectives... Sir, i always get confused with the sp point. if the sp point is below the GL...then will the lvp and rvp points connect to the sp point below the GL or on the GL
Hi, thanks for the question. Regardless whether the SP is above or below the GL, you treat it the same. The SP is used as the first reference to determine the LVP and RVP. There after it is again used as the reference point when bringing the construction lines down from the Top View... I trust that clarifies it for you... You welcome to watch more videos detailing the 2 Point perspective technique, here is another good one.. ruclips.net/user/live8vgtacDyPiA?si=ihXh8JAWMP6jo7sw All the best.
Good morning Riaan, Thanks for the request. Please give me some more details. Is this from a workbook or for your PAT? If possible, could you email me the two views used to stefan@gla-jbay.org Much appreciated
I am in my mid 50’s and wish with all of my heart that I had had access to exceptionally great content like this when I was in architecture school! All of us spent a fortune on books and supplies and some had to drop out of the program because of the expenses. Stefan you are a saint to share your knowledge and your teaching and demeanor are so very enjoyable! I hope that your content enables anyone with the desire to pursue these fields to educate themselves and succeed. Perhaps we won’t lose great artists because they didn’t have the means of education to pursue their dreams. Thank you so much!
Hi, I hope I understand your question correctly. As a rule, lines that touches/rests on the Picture Plane(PP) is projected straight down to the Ground Line(GL)...
Hi, I will have to check, but the technique is what is key in this video. Take any two point and try and apply the method taught. Pleasw let me know if it works for you! Blessings
(-: The easy answer: "I have been drawing for many years..." Truth is, for a Grade 12 learner, the maximum time allocated in an exam for a two point, isometric or solid geometry drawing is 40minutes. Only a Civil Drawing and Mechanical Assembly affords you with between 80-90minutes. For you to speed up your drawing time it is essential to work on your speed by: 1.) Re-drawing a drawing 2-3 times. That way you learn your hands to work quicker, but also grow in confidence when drawing. 2.) Uncertainty steal time, therefore, make sure you know the steps for each drawing. All the best!
Good day, I believe then the drawing will be a 1 Point Perspective and a different method of construction will be used. Watch: studio.ruclips.net/user/videosKuI7IsouuQ/edit

Hi, I am using a PILOT clutch pencil with HB lead... If possible, try using H2 lead instead, it makes for a neater drawing... All the best!

hi. why do you bring the lines from the porch directly down instead of taking them to the SP first then brining them down?
Hi, I hope I understand your question correctly. As a rule, lines that touches/rests on the Picture Plane(PP) is projected straight down to the Ground Line(GL)...
The paper is for which year??

Sir how is it that you draw so fast? the fastest I can draw a two point is 50min nearing an hour💔
Do you have any tips maybe?
