I relate completely to your opinion on summer. I'm heat sensitive, so summer doesn't do anything for me. Wish you cooler weather over to New England, Tonya! 🍃
Absolutely agree, my body doesn’t regulate temperate properly so I’m super sensitive to heat. Everyone complains I keep my bedroom set to freezer temperatures, but I’m still hot 😅 I can’t wait for the weather to start cooling down again here in New England.
Thank you for being a source of distraction during such a tough time in Venezuela, where we're living under a dictatorship. It's really comforting to find content that brings hope and calm. Wishing you and your loved ones all the best.
The Sims’ content teaches you stuff when you least expect 😅 I’m brazilian, so when you started talking about the pool I was “wait what, do you mean like a pool in the basement”, and when I finally saw what you meant my brain was THESE EXIST??? Always funny to realize what is standard to you (the in ground pool in my case) is not to others
I grew up with a living room and a family room. The living room was formal and for company. The family room was where the family relaxed and watched tv, like the basement rec room was for the pool table, bar, and games. I like this home. It looks lived in.
I am NOT a summer person, went to an air show yesterday and passed out like an hour in because of the heat 😬 Graves’ disease does not mix with heat for me so I prefer fall and winter. This house is stunning though as are all your builds 😍👏🏽
I also prefer fall and winter, I can handle the cold so much more easily than the heat. It only sucks that other people get ill in the winter and I live with immuocompromised people so I have to mask and take precautions but it is still worth it I think.
i don't really like the summer either 😅 i work inside an office 9-5 daily and i tend to take drives at night with the windows down and go to the beach at night also, it's not as hot and it's just relaxing lol. i love this build sm 💛
hey, you're the number 1 simmer i entrust with this suggestion, so here goes: could you build a house for a polyamorous relationship? maybe a throuple or a polycule, not sure, but i haven't seen any of it yet and feel like it would be very nice with lovestruck!
Sadly i am pretty sick and mostly bedbound, so no activities for me, but when it is not too warm i can lay outside and enjoy the nice weather. Your videos are so comforting and calming to watch in bed, i love how you build your houses and add so many details, and sometimes i fall asleep to your commentary hehe Thank you ❤
We grew up with a black paved driveway too. Our neighbors also had kids our age growing up, so we would all prepare a little chalk world - chalk streets, chalk stoplights, chalk bushes/trees, chalk stop signs, etc. And we'd get our roller blades on and skate around our little chalk world. Thanks for reminding me of that. Little trip down nostalgia lane. Let's see - my childhood home was pretty dated 70s-80s era features, but we had a semi-finished basement. So we had two living rooms. We didn't call the downstairs living room a family room or a den or anything. It just tended to be where I'd hang out if I was watching shows later than my dad was staying up (raised primarily by my single dad). And the downstairs living room is also where my sister and I would have our friends over and have sleepovers in that space and whatnot. We also had our good ol Windows 95 down there too. 😂 Eventually we got Windows XP. My dad had some bookshelves down there with some historical books, a tax calculator that we would also use to play restaurant (we'd make our fake menu, cook our fake food [plastic foods of various kinds], and serve our fake food usually to our grandma who was an exceptional grandma), and an entire set of encyclopedias. Oh! In the other semi-less finished part of our basement, there was a laundry area, a sketch bonus bathroom, and a ton of storage - lots of shelves and a separate large closet for all our camping gear. The shelves all had most of our board games, jigsaw puzzles, totes for dolls/Barbies/Legos/Lincoln Logs/etc. that we could pull out whenever we wanted them.
love the summer went camping just last week and took the paddle boards out in the lake it is called mud lake alot of frogs was watching them try to eat the butterflies that would land by them out 4 wheeler did break down and it took over a hour to walk back to camp as no phone service to get help to pull us back
I adore your builds! You are one of my favourite builders on RUclips! Your attention to detail I love. Things like checking a car fits in the garage even though we don’t have functional cars has my heart! ❤️
I love the idea of summer, like going out by the pool and stuff but honestly, I’m not a fan because it’s so hot. Especially here in Oklahoma. But I do have to say I love this build. you always do such wonderful family homes and this is one of your best. Like it’s huge, but it’s still feels warm and cozy. And I absolutely love the teenager bedroom. I think that’s my favorite room in this build. But this is really one of your best.
i'm going to visit my son in the boonies, his friend has a horse that needs some time and attention, i plan to do some riding. i'm native and the horse is my spirit animal...i'm 60 btw
How do you get the front stairs to be short? I’ve been trying to design houses now and I can’t seem to get front stairs. Every time I try to use the stairs it’s only full sets for going in between floors.
I love your builds. I really do. But they recently feel so repetitive, especially the kitchens. With soooo many options in the game, you use the same counters and tiles 😭 if you love them, I get it. But just letting you know in case you might want to switch it up.

I’ve got POTS and I feel the same way. Anything above 70 and I start to get all dizzy like I’m going to pass out. Waiting for some cool fall weather
Thank you! Definitely heat sensitive as well.

I struggle with temperature regulation as well. Heckin sucks. Silly autism affecting everything! 😠🙄🙄

Oh please please please revisit the yellow with the horse ranch green that was such a pretty combination 🥹
If I could build like this...I'd simply love that. I've definitely gotten better since my very first build, but I've still got so much to learn.
You can do it!
@@Gryphi it's not letting me joining your discord server
that above ground pool is GENIUS! I never thought about doing that, and now it's going in all my non mansion builds
love your longer videos but in general your videos always make my day
Happy to hear that!
as someone who grew up in socal - we had a rounded in-ground pool and we also had a living room + a den!
Agree with you on staying inside during summer! I burn so easily. I keep up with gardening but I do it in the evening 😂😂❤

Thank you! Summer is no fun :(
Wow I hope you’re feeling better
I’m born in August but I’m definitely not a summer person,I have asthma, allergies and the heat and humidity are not good for me I love Fall

She's such a cutey-patooty... she looks just like her Sims logo! ❤
This is such a fun family home! I would love to make a family and have them live here! ❤

By swedish standards a living room is where you'll have the fireplace and/or the fancier furniture, while a family room is usually where the tv is. :)

I ride and train horses, so I ride most of the year. Summer really picks up on that though, even though its super hot!
In Florida, many of us have in ground pools.
I love going to the state fair at the end of August. Going August 21st to see AJ McLean from Backstreet Boys and Joey Fatone from NSYNC
I also grew up with a formal living/dining room as the computer room!
Love your videos! ❤
This is STUNNING!
I always want to live in your builds. Like actually just wake up and have a home made by Gryphi 😂❤
literally the perfect house!!!
We had a family room and a living room in our ranch house but we used one as a dining room bc we did not have one of those.
I do like the exterior color you ended on, but I also really liked the yellow siding 😅❤
i love picturing the sims rolling over the bushes to get out of the driveway
Hi, I’d love to see a purple color drenched apartment and I love your channel btw 💜
Gryphi.. I love you, but that backyard killed me😭❤
I had a friend whose grandma had a big, I mean *BIG* in ground pool in her backyard
big fan of all your builds but especially your longer ones as they keep me entertained, keep up the good builds!
aw thank you!
i like to stay inside and make bracelets w/ cute beads :)
Large family homes are the best!!❤keep up
I love summer because of the weather but it also gives me so much anxiety, and I don’t know why
Think this house would be perfect for my not so berry founder. It’s mint but not overwhelmingly Mint it’s cute
Plus his boyfriend is a mermaid so the pools perfect!
You could do a water park! :D
Maybe you could do a home for a household of Olympic swimmers.
My dad‘s family goes camping every summer, we’re very serious about it lol
The only reason I like summer is because I definitely feel relief from my seasonal depression symptoms. But I can't stand the heat 🥵
This is such a cute build! ❤
Sims 4 summer build is how i find out im probably heat sensitive and have to shedual a Drs appointment 😔
This is so beautiful!! 💖
Thank you so much!!
i'm going to visit my son in the boonies, his friend has a horse that needs some time and attention, i plan to do some riding. i'm native and the horse is my spirit animal...i'm 60 btw
The shutters are too small but the rest looks great
I find mine still shape to a slot even when I do as you do
How do you get the front stairs to be short? I’ve been trying to design houses now and I can’t seem to get front stairs. Every time I try to use the stairs it’s only full sets for going in between floors.
What packs where used
What pack is the hopscotch from?
For Rent!
honestly? hate summer😅 I'd rather stay at home and play board games))

i cant find it on the galary
It's up now! Under my gallery ID: Gryphi
I wish I could walk you through how to find it, but my computer has been refusing to launch the sims.
@@MelissaLawrence2002 i know how too find it but it do just not show up
