Nice, if only i have long off i can do this to my taurus got some steering fluid leaking from the pinion but went to shop since i got job and needed to be fix right away. And cost me $950😅😢
To pull the rack and replace it, it took about 3 hours. Maybe could be done faster. Alignment at home can take some time to get right unless you have proper alignment tools.
What’s the part number for the steering rack
So the bolt is seized in the end of the rack. As a result, it makes a clanking noise when I drive. Is that a big deal?
Did that end up fixing your noise and wobble?

Did you have to reprogram the steering rack??? Or not...

@anselmorescobedo6204 I was fortunate not to have the electronic version. I am not sure if the electronic version needs reprogramming.
