P.E. can be an arrogant ass sometimes. Luckily, whenever that happens, it is possible to learn from his negative example. Unfortunately, sometimes people make the mistake of assuming this behavior exemplifies architectural education throughout the world, and then jump on the bandwagon of academia bashing. But P.E. is not the norm, he is an extreme case.
the world is changing.. one day nobody knew alberti or might even one day nobody knew vitruvius.. and that will be a very natural changing of the design strategy ... and the challenge will be greater and getting more greater as the time moving forward .... go on girl !!
Does *Eisenman* actually understand the difference between Palladio and Borromini? Perhaps if he could bother to enlighten us or offer up testable theories we might get somewhere.
