Sally Jang I had the same problem and this is how i resolved it :
At the top of the screen click the 'image' tab and put your mouse over 'mode'. Then, make sure that 8bits/channels is selected as it might be selected as 32bit/channels.
Also, I have Photoshop CC 2014 and if you want to get it free check out my channel as i will have a video showing you how to get it.

hilfe! please.
when i paint a picture in PS i try to choose soft tones. but when i finish and save the picture and open that JPG file to check it. what i see... all colors are changed! for example grey turns into dark grey. it seems like level of contrast and saturation adjusts upwards! why it does!!?

Because when I save it as an original photoshop file, it says that I need to download an app from the Microsoft Store in order to open it... when all I just want to do is go back and make the final changes to my project... +TheTitanPokemon Go to the FORMAT bar underneath The highlighted bar. Click on the below var and look for the top jpeg click on that and it will save as a jpeg. Same goes png. It should be in that below bar too.
