In addition to that - some TVs have a HDMi labeled as PC input - use that for your console. It will have less delay as that input and game modes are meant to not add any "post-processing". The delay comes from the TV trying to make the TV/Movie picture look nicer and milliseconds of delay don't matter while watching a movie.
Great video! Just realized I need to add healing after kills in that test map 😮. Also just a note: TV response time and input latency are two different measurements - they generally correlate though. Response time is how fast a pixel changes, input latency is how fast an input is recognized and reflected on the screen. TVs can have a lot of exta input lag due to post processing... gaming mode can help a lot with that so make sure you have "game mode" on if you are using a TV to turn off post processing stuff. My TV upstairs advertised a fast response time but has bad input latency and makes fps games nearly unplayable 😂

I don't like fighting people in bushes since it's so hard for me to see them. Seems like some others are able to see me better than I see them when we bush fight.

AFAIK, the basic settings don’t have any affect after you turn on advanced settings. The initial values/settings you see when you turn on advanced settings for the very first time (or after a reset) are identical to selecting “4 Normal” for both look and ads sensitivities. And even if you change your basic settings to something else before enabling advanced settings (for example, if you increase both look and ads to “7 Fast”), what you’ll see are still the “4 Normal” defaults.
This is my current monitor! This is the best you will ever need for a ps5. Anything above 144hz is a waste of money because ps5 is capped at 120fps :) Maybe you prefer a different size monitor which might cost a little more, but this is absolutely perfect for ps5

Bro how/why do you not have hold to swap on?? Instead of having to drop weapons and things you don't want all the time all you do is hold a little longer and it swaps it with whatever slot you're on already Example : if you have a grey MK and you come across a green one, instead of picking up the green, dropping the grey and moving the green to the correct slot, you can just hold the button to swap them directly

The DualSense edge does have adaptive triggers but I can’t really tell what difference it makes to be honest. The response rate is a little quicker but it’s not dramatic. My dead zone I think is around 5% on fortnite! I played on a normal ps5 controller forever before I got the edge so don’t worry too much about all the extras! It’s more than possible to still get cracked without all the extras lol
