Thank you ! OMG!! Thank you for sharing all this! I want to know more!
Fibro & debilitating CFS - that's worst part, most limiting & needing help to awaken confines a life, i don't/can't wake up myself: years in bed. I am never not tired. Degrees. Now I stay in bad marriage cuz' if he's in good mood, will shake me to wake me up & maybe even cup of coffee after few wake-ups (i fall back out few times mini.)
But it's the Fibro that kills with 24/7 pain - all over background pain & if try to DO some/anything pain ramps up to a 9-10 in certain areas. Can't get any work/rasks done, but i try to.
A shower & wash hair is my 1 thing for the day! Roll up in towels & lie down ~ big nap.
Fibro diagnosed in 1989 & again in 2003. (RA & Lupus came along for the ride.) Fibro & Fatigue Factor stole my health, activity, life... If tiny break in fatigue, movement creates big pain! Not active like before & using body I think made pain & vascular issues worse!!?! I need medical supervised exercise/movement cuz' "things happen" nowadays. Scary!
18 mos til Medicare now & I want to get on it with diag., Treatment & meds already ongoing, & doing better by then. Am I crazy to want that? Too late maybe?!

I don't understand what she's saying helped her, or even believe it's possible for fibro to stop. Can you please give shorter videos explain what can help. When you have fibro pain you can't watch long videos

She used the ANS REWIRE program for her recovery - the program is a multi-lateral approach, so not a single magic bullet solution.
