Basically, Mashed has this series where it goes into the dark deep secrets of some famous characters and turns them into terrible people. For example, this Mario is a mafia like "dictator" of the mushroom kingdom, that Bowser originally owned for generations, before Mario took over and made it a hellish industrial landscape for making go kart races. The fact that boyfriend dying is the only ending in the mod is kinda sad but the end credits shows that it was actually just like a play just like super Mario Bros 3 is pretty cool in my opinion
With the song Mario Sing and Game Rhythm 9 Luigi doesn't seem to notify the player if he needs help which is a problem but I'm surprised you actually went through and beat that song. If you are interested in any more mods this community has made I suggest if you haven't already, change your keybinds to a two-handed setup for a better time playing each mod.

And for what it's worth, Ultra M doesn't seem very happy with his victory either if that credits song is anything to go by. With him it's not just about the murder; it's about the rush, his power, his victims' helplessness. He doesn't just want to kill and assimilate them; he wants them to break under the pressure and give up. BF never did that, so eventually when Ultra M realized he was waging a mental battle he was never going to win, he pretty much said "F it, I'm done" and ended it in the most straightforward and abrupt way possible. Ultra M wins, but it's a hollow win that he can't be satisfied with. And now, for him, the fun's pretty much over. Sure, he'll probably find Pico eventually and of course GF's folks are eventually going to come investigate wondering what the hell happened, but after that? He has nothing. He's out of toys to break, and that cartridge that started the whole mess is most likely doomed to sit and rot (and that's assuming Daddy Dearest or someone else doesn't just straight-up destroy it). That power, that rush, that glory of being an insurmountable god as he so thinks of himself? It's all over, and judging by that song he knows it. The grim reality is, in this whole mess... Nobody really wins.
