Such a great piece and the Wind Symphony did an amazing job!
Wonderful, very moving.
The piece is specifically programmatic & would be largely incomprehensible without some introductory comments & ongoing notations of what is happening. It does, however, illustrate Mr. Colgrass' command of his medium.
