Neil Gray has been told to pay back the cost of his ministerial limos to attend big Aberdeen games at Hampden Park and Pittodrie as the SNP were accused of "taking taxpayers for a ride." The under fire Health Secretary is set to make a public statement at Holyrood on Thursday afternoon.
