Ok. All these Vietnamese dramas are just scripted shows just like regular TV but I watch them because they are entertainment just like regular TV. In fact I watch over twenty of them. But this is one of the more obviously fake. I'm not sure if I will continue to watch. If she had been treated badly for five years she would know what to expect and wouldn't have been late home from school. In fact she would have never been sent to school in the first place because school costs money and takes away from time she could be working. She definitely would not have left the books in plain sight after drying them out. She wouldn't have nice clothes including two winter coats or a nice bike. If she had a bike at all it would be old and rusty. There are more examples but the really big one is that the grandparents would never allow someone to come into their home to film them treating her badly. In front of a camera they would treat her ok because they wouldn't want people to know how they behaved
