We have this very same machine at Ced. It's the least favorite machine every one uses from all the reel machines we use. I honestly really don't like it, at all lol.
I JUST STARTED A JOB WIRE CUTTING NO EXPERIENCE. IF ANYBODY HAS ADVICE ON ANT TECHNIQUES TO PROPERLY SPOOL WIRE TO LOOK NEAT. 2 DAYS IN NOT SATISFIED HOW MY SPOOLING LOOKS
when guiding, use a flat palm, will more evenly distribute pressure and keep your parralels in order, and also prevent your fingers getting snatched up. Aside from that, if cutting copper, always double tape around the reel before you cut your wire. get it tight and go in the direction of your spool.
these machines arent even accurate… cause the metre reading isnt correct, i compare it to the actual meeting on the cable and its way off… i go off by the metre reading on the cable instead
Do you know where can i get the rack for the wire behind you?
