A very good hemp seed video I have always used hemp seed since I was 10 years old I am in my 40s now so hemp seed is a good carp fishing bait you can add all kinds of flavours to it to make it more interesting for your carp fishing 🎣 👍 👌
Great video!!! Very helpful. Just a quick question if I wanted to add chilli to spice it up would I add it while it was soaking and then boil it, or just while its boiling. Cheers
+2180nathan Chilli flakes - I would add in the soaking stage, then boil together to allow the Chilli to filling absorb into the water/Hemp - Giving you the ultimate kick.
nice videos. just a few questions. when you soaked the hemp do you close the lit or is it open to air. then do you use cold water or warm water? does that matter?
+coenrad janse van rensburg (coenie) Hello thanks for your comment and sorry for the delay - No lid is needed and simply use cold water - Follow this guide and you will be absolutely fine. Kind regards Hinders
i cooked my own hemp for the first time a couple of weeks ago; the hemp i bought was from a large pet supplier. I soaked it for the 24 hours an then boiled it for a good hour and still none of the seeds had split. Could this be down to poor quality hemp or maybe too much hemp in the pan? any ideas because id like to start cooking my own hemp this season??
truthpig Thanks for your feedback it's really appreciated. With maple peas - Soak overnight - bring to the boil and cook for 15/20 minutes, keeping a close eye on them. Maples can go mushy if overdone. Kind regards Hinders
It would be the quality of Hemp - it's very hard to find quality big hempseed that's why we why don't sell it! If you add salt this stops the split, other than that you will not get a better split. Kind regards Hinders
