Fire extinguisher is so real; whenever I make up scenarios abt fire in the building, I imagine (along with necessities) taking my own stack of books with me lol😭
The classics are incredible works of literature and should be read by everyone. Frankenstein, Dracula, The Great Gatsby, etc. The other book I saw in that you need to move to the top of your list is, “Gone Girl” it is a MUST READ!
I only have 49 books on my physical TBR. I feel behind but also don’t have storage space for books like you two do since I’m married and a mom living in a smaller house 🤣 I’ve read quite a few of those on each of your TBR shelves!
Read Legendary!!! It’s worth it girl! I loved Caraval and Legendary both equally. The last book in the series I DNF! But the first two were AMAZING!!! Also read the Throne of Glass series! Some of the BEST fantasy books I’ve ever read!!
My physical TBR is only 12 because I'm such a library girlie :D But I checked my TBR of books that I want to read on StoryGraph and it is like 650 lol. You guys have some great books to get to!
I don’t know how other people can so easily read a book form a series and then just read something else next. My O.C.D. takes over and forces me to read a series all together, Or at least all that is out. However, when/if a new book of the series comes out I will reread the entire series over once more.
Read all of them Stephen King books!!!! They don’t call him “the king” for nothing! Misery is one of my favorite all time horror novels! Also along with The Shining! I own almost everything Stephen King has ever written!
I loved Alone with you in the ether and This is how you lose the time war. Those fantasy hardbacks look stunning. Very nice collections but a lot to read 😂. I think I own around 120 unread books.
Yeah, I'm using the library for 90% of my reads this year so they have a deadline for me to read it 😜 so if I can't get into it/lose interest then I'm not out the money or shelf space!
I’ve been using my library a lot more this year and it really has saved me a lot of money and shelf space for books I will actually reread, I wish I would’ve gotten my library card sooner! My library tbr is crazy tho, I have a lot of holds on books and then it seems they all come in at once 😂
@@bubblebut005 I TOTALLY know what you mean by they all come in at once! Just last week 4 came in on the same day but then I will go weeks without anything coming up!
@@bubblebut005 My library tbr is crazy as well, they allow 12 physical books, 24 digital books and 24 audiobooks. All holds count as already got/ already loaning books so that helps. I also wish I got my card sooner, I only get it because I became homeless and needed my book fix. I'm doing okay now, but the library is better for me than the bookshop. Happy reading and God bless x

I read Educated a few yrs. ago. I did NOT like it. It upset me, the author's family upset me. I don't think it was because they weren't "educated" either. Just my opinion. I have many of the same books as you Amanda. Growing my Kristen Hannah collection also. I need both your help. My apt. bldg. is being remodeled. My apt is done. I am putting EVERYTHING back now 😑. I have discovered a whole large tote bag of books missing. ALL BRAND NEW. I cannot remember all the titles. Some are gradually coming back to me . One I know for sure was in this bag, is something like "if he hadn't left me"? I remember Amanda's review of it. You said it made you cry. Can you tell me the name and author? You said there was a " sequel" or the guy's answer/ side of story. Do you remember that title? I am hoping I get reimbursed. I just don't remember all titles in there. Some were classics! Most bought at B& N, not cheap. I have gone over every title in my apt. 9 times!!! Thank you! This was alot of fun. My TBR is either endless or changes every week!

Gone Girl is really good! I liked Sharp Objects WAY better! The movie Gone Girl the movie was great though! I loved it!

Don’t even bother with the divergent series. unhaul it and get it out of there 😭
