I've been watching look-see for a while and realized that it's some good about him. He isn't killing for no reason, more so he's actually forcing people to get over the regrets and burdens in their lives that may cause them to commit suicide in the end. These problems also cause people to procrastinate or never move on in life. But if they don't they're just another victim on look-see's kill list.
