Totally agree 47 this summer, best days those 24 hours or 12 hours rave 🤔. Will never happen ffs covid done our release at events but we can rave behind closed and release the passion 4 dance and most of all peace and harmony
God you are so lucky! I’m 34 now my mum and dad brought me up with this music on the decks hahah! I was born in the wrong era unfortunately….. butttttt they shown me the right side of music and I’m forever grateful ❤
Those who were in they 20's and up during the early 90's, was soo lucky to get lit to tunes like this in the clubs. A lot of the club joints today are traaaasssh! Compare to the bangers 30 years ago.
Wow. .. beautiful comment!!! ... Poetry like and spot in summing up the zeitgeist of the era!! Truely, we didn't know what a special scene we had ... I had hopes of our children - the next generation - carrying on the one love vibes, unfortunately,, the young generation now seem to have regressed, not progressed.... It's all violence/ turf wars n such ... We need a new love revolution;!!
I have lost count of how many times I have danced to this, can't quite do it like him anymore...2 decades later lol how I loved my rave days...priceless
+Susie O'Mahoney I hear ya. 40 next month and used to rave my socks off in the early 90's. My sis who is now 35 keeps asking me to dance like I used too, think my legs would snap if i tried haha
pmsl! that made me laugh haha I'm 47 & would have a heart attack if I danced like that again! This is such a great tune though & I often play it. Have a little jig but just left & right a bit in the lounge haha!!
You're totally right, man. It was all just dance music. Not techno, hard house, progressive house, trance, etc. Just music to dance to. I'm 42 and remember this tune from the illegal rave scene around Bristol and Bath.
I was 12 when this came out! My brother (5 years older than me) use to play it on his 1210's after he finished college....shaped my life as a kid and got me into the scene from a proper young age! Class tune....uplifting piano with lovely vocals.....what more do you need in a tune x
I actually do play this , maybe not in morn .. but at least once a day. My younger neighbours think I'm uncool n a washed up old raver. . They need a good dose of XTC instead of that egotistical coke BS!!
The music sets the atmosphere, this style of music is uplifting and happy which translates it's way to the dancefloor, we were all happy and loving life! Bring the music back!
This is one of the true great tracks from back in the day,I wish I had a Time Machine to do it all over again.I loved them days in the clubs feeling absolutely amazing mesmerizing fantastic beautiful,we will never experience that level of greatness again.
I recognize this one from back in the day. I never knew it was Love Decade. I absolutely LOVED "So Real". Oh for a time machine. The one thing I'd take back with me is my GoPro. Just imagine the footage I could get. We have different memories of the tunes but the one thing they have in common is they're all from the same era.
Hi there NateSpurs I used to go to Plymouth Warehouse 92/93 when Carl Cox amongst others DJ'd there - he was great. I only spent about six months on the 'rave scene' I was knackered after that LOL
That is so well put. Love the fact everything was played in one night...Sometimes in one song. ie. hard, then piano, then rap, then jumpy, then lovey breakdown followed by breakbeat. And EVERYONE loved it :)
I believe our days were a dream in reality. them days or nights take some beating good times .... much respect never forget these times I spent with you all !!!!!!!!!!!!!
right on mate get to the Hac shellys or quadrant park on a friday or saturday all about the rave nice one bro damn right they dont understand i used to travel the north on a weekend good times

You ever go down to Oz or The Warehouse or whatever it's called? I had a couple of great new years down at Plymouth. I'm a Bath boy though so used to go to all the old Universe parties mostly, although been all over as many did.

Nothing can touch the electronic music coming out of the early 90s.
Close my eyes and remember being on the dancefloor and hearing the piano intro being dropped in... Goosebumps raise and I'm there again
God you are so lucky! I’m 34 now my mum and dad brought me up with this music on the decks hahah! I was born in the wrong era unfortunately….. butttttt they shown me the right side of music and I’m forever grateful ❤

the beauty of this tune is that we all new it wasn't a dream whilst we were dancing to it but it was better than any dream we ever had
Wow. .. beautiful comment!!! ... Poetry like and spot in summing up the zeitgeist of the era!! Truely, we didn't know what a special scene we had ...
