This just tells me Rosé would’ve been great at SM. They could’ve made her voice much more powerful. It’s a shame YG doesn’t really allow her to develop her range, she has so much untapped potential.

@@danissegomez7953If she were in SM, she wouldn’t “need more training”, she would just be trained differently from how YG does and would end up sounding very much unlike her voice now. Like op said, they just didn’t develop her voice like SM trainers do, plus she didn’t even initially sound like how she does now because YG wanted a more unique vibe.

Rosie's voice reminds me of her technique before YG ruined her voice by using the one that had made her voice sounded squeaky and nasal. And Jisoo rap is on fire.
YG did it with Park Bom and now with Rose
YG and JYP have a knack for ruining lead/main vocals due to subpar/non-existent/stylistically awful techniques 😢
You can’t deny that Rosé’s voice is definitely way better now compared to BP’s rookie days. She’s definitely singing in a more comfortable way now. She stopped doing that shaky wobbly voice that she used to do. She slowly stopped doing that since The Album era.
@@thejudgingtrash JYP 2nd gen voices = Moany out of breath singing that JYP (the old one) forced all his artists to do that during that time.
3rd to 4th gen = More projectile voices and stability for performance aspect. Aka they’re loud and always pull a vein out of their necks when they sing. Especially high notes.
@@thejudgingtrash Couldn't agree more. I remember how Jihyo's voice was supposed to be stronger and fuller than she's now, using her "chesty" voice which makes her sound whinier than usual.
