I dont understand this language 😢 What do you think we've to do before training ? Stretching or cardio ? Also how do I find out whether its a strength or flexibility issue in the case of l sit.. Also Milli can you make a video on how to get more flexible and exercises to improve flexibility.. My flexibility isn't good but I admire yours !
Always stretch after your workouts, since the tension is shortening your hamstrings etc.depending on the areas you train :)) Cardio is mostly effective for losing weigh, stamina and strength and you shouldn't do more than 1 hour of it. For strength, there is no limit except for the regeneration time Which should be one day after the training or more, depending on the intensity and the person.some need no regeneration at all. Milli has a stretching video :)) Good luck!
