The igloos on the ground at 0:31 - 0:32 tho...will you wash them all again? Or is it that all the utensils & containers will be washed at the wedding venue, seeing many of them are on the truck floor or will be if there is a rough [read: bumpy] patch of road? I see no ropes.

Wonderful presentation - May I suggest however that in the preparation of the foods - especially the salads - that your workers wear disposable gloves - much more hygienic

Yeah they did a great job, but they're behind in the old times with still not using gloves, but they are VERY hygienic, dem hand dem cleannnn
