I'm physically confused on why people are judging over her for smoking. It's legal and she's an adult. She knows what she's doing. It was inhumane to record her like this in the first place. As the child of parents who both smoked for so long i remember begging them to stop smoking and hiding their cigarettes hoping that they would stop. I was always so worried about their health even when i was a tiny child. To begin with i thought it was normal to the point were i was saying that i was going to smoke when i grow up because i thought thats what all adults did, keep in mind when i said this i was 3-4 years old.

It also helps manage weight in an industry where how you look is everything. Supermodels aren’t even universally opposed to smoking. It isn’t healthy but when there is that much pressure on you and you have 5 in between takes and there is something that can calm you down instantly you can gravitate towards it. Not to mention that one of the things that drives people into the entertainment industry is some level of depression and depression and smoking go hand in hand.
