Hey Cary, I have a torn Supraspinatus. I've had it for about a month and it's not really healing as quick as I'd like. I can't really let my training and conditioning decline for however long it's going to take. Is there anything you would suggest I can work on in a wrestling class that won't compromise my shoulder? Thanks bud!
Plyometrics can be good to keep your conditioning and explosive movement strong. Wind sprints and penetration steps area also good as well as other mat calisthenics that don't involve your arms. Make sure you are fully healed before you return to wrestling otherwise it will be harder to comeback strong.
I got injured (pulled hamstring) so I'm going to spend the time watching my teammates practice and all these very instructive videos.
