Do a league where everyone starts as a normal dev, but when you get them to superstar/x-factor you have to keep what madden has them equipped with already

Btw:
So TD make most of the speed boost upgrades are going to be on defense when it comes to staff points but I love that you are spending them. Make sure u check the staff points abilities before u hire a coach. I know quite afew defensive coaches give speed upgrades, but if u win the superbowl you coaches will get hired for head coaching jobs. Keep spending them and keep trying to learn I appreciate it!
