The black walnuts you crack at home will be the best you've ever eaten. Until last week, I didn't think getting perfect halves out of black walnuts was possible. Thankfully my friend showed me a great trick for cracking and getting nuts out of the shell that's cheap, easy, and doesn't require a special cracker, just a little time. You can do it too.
