I remember that there was a sadness about this song, and the montage of MJ made me wonder: what if this was a tribute to him if he died? Sadly, he did die six years later.
The original "One More Chance" video was never completed as Michael was arrested so this video was thrown together to act as the video. However the official video was released a couple of years back as Michael originally believed there was enough footage to release it when it was shot.
