I didn’t remember the C1 moment at all, so I thought the joke would be Vex being sad (or drunk, for some reason). But I guess she really has been blue every campaign now.
What is the context for the C1 part? I just finished watching C1 again and I don't remember this at all. I don't recognize Sam's accent as any character he played, and I can't find it through google or crit role stats.
It was episode 106 - Grog needed a disguise because they were in Vasselheim and the guards were looking for him so Scanlan made him blue, and then later he made all of them blue.

I don't remember that, either, and I just finished watching C1 again. I don't even recognize the character Sam is doing or the situation at all.

I mean, I read this as Jester’s humor being blue, not LITERAL blue
Gee I wonder what Laura’s favorite color is.
