OVEN BAKED PEPPERS WITH CHEESE - quick summer lunch - you could eat them every day

Peppers with cheese baked in the oven
7 to 8 yellow peppers - babura
for the filling:
400 g of small cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
4 spoons of Sentella grits type 400
salt to taste
close the stuffed peppers with a slice of tomato
Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes until soft and nicely browned.
