Where Do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going?
To unravel this basic question, it is necessary to see things from an interdisciplinary perspective, which transcends the boundaries between each scientific discipline such as astronomy, planetary science, geology, biology, physics, chemistry, etc.
We will answer this ever-important question through developing innovations with a new point of view which is delivered through decades-worth of interdisciplinary research.

This video changed my life and began a journey 3 years ago that has led me to many many realisations and fascinating books. Thank you for all of your incredible hard work and dedication in bringing this together so wonderfully.. I am forever grateful 🙏
This is one of the greatest documentaries on our planet's past and where we may be going it's incredible everyone should see this.
Without a doubt the clearest, most comprehensible and concise explanation of what can be an overwhelming volume of information.
I would have understood chemistry and biology so much better if I was shown this documentary the first week of class and then to recap everything we learned, watch the documentary again the week before the final. 😩
😂
The fact that this doesn’t have ten million views is astounding.
We live in a time where people can access incredible materials like this video by typing a couple words and clicking "search"
Amazing...
Does this get edited frequently? I feel like every time I watch it, I see something new...
This film is incredible. It should be bought by Netflix or some other streaming service. I can't believe it's made only for RUclips...
That's because it's not (made only for RUclips) - check the credits.
This is the best docu I’ve ever seen on Earth origin! So perfectly made
Oh wow, i watched all of it in one sitting. Its engaging & simplified. Thank you
Wonderfully put together and executed. What a time to be alive!. This is an amazing achievement - excellent graphics and clear, simple explanation..
I am honored to give you your first thumbs up. Thank you for the outstanding video.
This is why countless people dedicate their lives for science. Any given scientist will typically add only a tiny piece of discovery and understanding, but collectively humans are able to construct almost godlike knowledge about the nature of our existence. There is still so much we don't know and there are unproven hypotheses within the video, but to have a narrative of our origin is something to be very grateful for.
We need to think more about this stuff. Maybe we would learn to appreciate eachother and the earth more.
This story gave me a lot of knowledge about how Earth was made and how animals/insect/humans made, it's really amazing but I hope lots of people will saw how this story give us a lesson how to take care of our earth because suddenly some people doesn't care about this kind of topic, because for me it does make sense for me to know about this topic, it's really important to know more about things that made by our own earth planet, hope that this story will be published in the whole world and people will know and appreciate how natures made, thanks to this video because it really gives me more lesson how to take care of our nature kinda really appreciate it so muchhh and I also I really love science that's why I love to learn more about this kind of a topic so yeah that's all.
Thank you for creating this incredible animation. I have never seen a documentary as good as this, ever. The visualisation really helped me to understand what actually happened with earth - from birth to now and in the future. I look forward to watching your next videos. Thank you.
This video was full of information and so much knowledge about us the humans the world the solar system . From the very existence of the earth to the very end of it - this video contain it all. I wanna see more of these type of videos , this is AMAZING.
What an amazing trip! Feel very grateful to the uploader, the creators of the video and the amazing researchers behind the scenes.
I feel like a child in a science class all over again. So much knowledge and yet it seems to only lead to so many more questions. The feeling of dissatisfaction feels exciting now and there is in no school anymore to make it feel wrong to keep asking questions anymore.
I wish every child gets to see and understand this at the right time.
Wow thankyou so much for this amazing upload!
Was mine the first 'like' of this video ? Where are the others ? Cmon !! It deserves lots of it.
40分くらい動画止めて翻訳しながら読んでいってたら同じ動画の日本語Ver.があるのに気付いた。
This was a great trip through Earth's history. Thank you so much for creating this!
This is the best video yet the animation and music are marvelous
Gotta love the usage of "will" in future segment. There's absolutely no doubt in narrator's voice that humans will make self replicating bio-robots that will travel galaxies.
Is he wrong though 😳
awesome video! Thank you!
Wow, simply incredible! This is a fantastic undertaking and a wonderful way to understand our unique existence on this planet. Also, our responsibility as the most intelligent life form (at this time) to shepherd the future properly, with respect to the earth and all of its inhabitants.
This was absolutely mind-blowing! The production vakues are great, with an narrator who is easy to understand. Love it!
This is great work, thanks!
Excellent video…incredible!!!!
one of the better videos i've watched on youtube
The Past demonstrates that the future and what it holds is just part of raw natural process in which we have no control. I love this documentary thank you so much.
Thanks to Prof. Shigenori Maruyama and team for this amazing Video...
BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thank you very much
The past is gone, the present is being done and the future is dim.
Every human being should watch this documentary.
Very well done. Thank you. !:- )
What a beautiful video!
We gotta learn to love this planet
«"Great content! Keep up with a good work!"»
good job! thank you !
Awesome video
Music and voice is perfect for this very nice and educational documentary. Thank you.
Excellent . thank you
This is an amazing achievement - excellent graphics and clear, simple explanation.
A new higher species will arise and a new era will begin. We are a small part of bigger story.
This film is extremely incredible cover mostly all influencing factors ..deatled about the evolution of life gradually in different years ago what actually happened how planets sun moon had come in existance..thank you so much great learning about the Earth's environment 🙏🙏
Why is this not viewed one million times already. Fabulous
For every beginning , there is an ending !
The ending is so sad D:
After watching this movie, I feel like I'm just a multicellular organism that should love only
Wow! I love our Universe and our solar system especially our mighty SUN, the giver of all lives in our planet .
I would have been such a smarter and more inspired person today had RUclips existed when I was a child. This video, and many like it on other subjects, are simply riveting.
More Please , very nice
İncredible video. Thanks all.
One of the best documentaries. Thank you!
Very impressive.. tears came out after seeing the death of our mother 🌎..
Personally, I feel lucky. I feel lucky that we are here. We are in Earth at it's prime, we can soak in the Sun, see all of the amazing animals and sights, and Mother Nature before the Sun takes it all away in 5 billion years.
That’s a great lesson. I feel a lot of comfort from this knowing what we came from and where we are going.
I am simply stunned in the most positive way, from the sheer educational power of this encyclopedic presentation of the history of our Earth and Life. Thank you a centillion times over for the stellar purity of the concentration of this knowledge. It is presented in a way that even a layman like myself can easily absorb and completely appreciate. Questions that I have had since childhood have been answered here with seemingly effortless expression. To me this demonstrates a voluminous mastery of so many subjects necessary to explain the vast complexity of the Earth and its formation and ongoing evolution. Thank you.
The whole history of the world in just over an hour!
Me: this video is interesting!
Anxiety: hold that thought
I love this video so much I’ve watched it multiple times! Science is awesome!
This video should have over 7 billion views. Wow.
Thankyou 4 the upload, blew my mind🤯. Fascinating!! Greetings from Oz 🇭🇲
what a marvelous journey
I love love love it!
1:05:17 this almost made me cry
People think throwing 1 plastic paper on the ground won’t harm the planet ,now imagine 1 million people think this way ….
Well now I fear everything.
Great video though.
Thank you
Waaaoww ! Thoroughly enjoyed... Thank you very much.
Now I got caught in the middle of an existential crisis… however, thank you so much for this amazing representation of our history and future. I strongly feel like I have a quest, alongside the other human beings, to develop new forms of intelligence and spread life through other spacial bodies. Sounds sooo fictional and a little bit crazy but in the end of the day I think that’s the true. We’re finite here. Our civilization won’t last forever, the Earth as we know it won’t last forever, WE won’t last forever. But knowledge is timeless.
What a ride! I like to think a similar life cycle has taken and will continue to take place perhaps many many times over elsewhere across the universe. And now I have that Beatles tune in my head.
so sad if great content only has 29K view and 22 comment :(
Fascinating.
The end made me cry because I love Mom.
thank You, it was mindblowing ♥
40:25 the animation when the amphibian poked out his head from water is so cute yet so evolutionary, lol 😭
Amazing film, I 2atched this whole thing in one sitting
Fascinating
this is amazing.
Nice - Thanks and Greetings from Jawor - Poland / Daniel
Man, this is MASTERPIECE, really appreciate this!
Great presentation and graphics deployment. Nice fluid development of information content. Terrific job.
best video ever made
Wow....I dont know what is stranger....the WHOLE history of earth and life fit into an hour and small change, or that your not charging for it on RUclips......
This documentary introduces some concepts quite different from what I have learned either in or out of class. Some of them like dark nebulas seem a little farfetched at the time I am writing this. I'll look into more of this later.
Amazing not taught when I was in school
Cool!
Great documentary! I thought I had heard it all but actually learned quite a bit. I especially like how they were able to summarize the entire history of Earth and life on Earth in one hour! I only wish they had spent a minute or two discussing how evolution works, especially in the development of multicellular organisms and complex systems as in eyes, brains, etc. And what's up with that one ice age they gave no reason for?
Because reasons, dont question man, just wait till they think of the reason and accept them as facts.
Big brain crew!!
52:50 …. THE GOOSEBUMPS!! Oh my god. This was an amazing video to watch, the whole thing. Simply amazing. Thank you so much!
Best documentary I watched in eons
This is the best
we gotta be grateful..
WOW!! :O This was just beautiful having goosebumps...
I always knew that something like this was happening. Thank you for such a detailed explanation. I'm 64, and so glad that my past several generations and I got live on earth when it was in it's absolute prime, of a rare, precious, miracle of a planet, with all of the magical life and entertainment that went along with it. I wonder if our creator new that all this would finally come to fruition before it was ruined.
mui bien... I like... merci
This documentary is greatly astounding.
Excellent work.
Having goosebumps. This is the best documentary I have ever seen. Thank you for this.
This is one of my favourite ever videos on RUclips. It's epic, informative and I really enjoy it. Many thanks for this excellent video!
Very good!!
