For PS2, PS3, XBOX 360, and Nintendo Wii, comes Madagascar 2.
This video is of the PS2 version, and covers the segment in which you play as the penguins. In the previous game, you played as Skipper and liberated the ship from sailors. In this game, the spotlight of playable character has been passed down to Private, and you get some support from Skipper, Kowalski and Rico. There is also a playable segment of Skipper and Rico teaming up to shoot humans with candy, but again, that's just a segment.
