That Julia Barr....what an actress!!! Her depth of emotions make me shiver..self realizations, regret and some self loathing, biting sarcasm, anger....so many layers...all this clearly communicated without being whiney or fake... and these aren't even her best scenes..u go girl...

Adam is so narcistic. He doesn't have any idea what his actions affect the lives of the people around him. I think he's still traumatized with what happened to him in Pigeon Hollow, VA., and he may think that folks still look at him as that Trailer Trash.

Brooke had forgiven Adam, and taken him back without knowing about his plan to "gaslight" Dixie into believing she could harm her own baby. This was an act that Brooke found to be "evil" and made it impossible for her to keep Adam in her life. However, Adam then had a stroke, and despite her cries to the contrary, Brooke still took care of Adam, including paying all his medical bills because she still cared/loved him. But when Adam found out, he assumed Brooke pitied him, and walks away from her

Sometimes I look at this Storyline and it reminds me of Garden Of Shadows (the prequel to Flowers In the Attic). Adam gets Dixie Pregnant, Brooke eventually forgives adam over and over. He gets his payback with his Stroke and the loss of his fortune. Was he that obsessed with JR. Was it because he wanted his son to have what he didn't have growing up. He's very narcistic.

I don’t understand how finding out about gaslighting Dixie was a deal breaker. It was no different than all the other horrible things she knew he did.

Julia rocked as Brooke. I know Adam did horrible deeds, I may not ship B&A but I am rooting for them in this clip. Dixie was a bore of a character, and she was perfect for Tad because he was equally boring.
