    Hi @ Chef Lavonne, may i know why after baking you crumbled and again kept for chilling .. it's like using cookie base for cheesecake . . instead of doing this method we can do the regular tart method right. Any reason to follow this technique Please make my doubt clear chef . Thanks in advance🙂
