Following on from Fridays video, todays we will go over interesting and creative ways to remix, edit and sample any well known song! We will be using my Edit of 'Wiley - Wearing My Rolex' to demonstrate the ideas and thought process when making an edit. You'll see how more often than not simplicity is the key with edits/ remixes as you want the original sample to do the work!!

Really enjoyed this video, you've made the task of creating an edit less daunting. Those little flourishes of percussive glitches really help to let the vocal chops shine through. I love the fact that you don't use too many plugins or percussive tracks to get the job done here. I find that I get hooked so much on the percussion when the track is busy with vocal and synth leads, so making an edit will be good practice for letting the original vocal hook do most of the work
