All my sisters are graduated from university , but still chose to take care of their kids at home than to do career outside , some of them they make business at home so they can watch their kids at the same time.
Now is the time we as sisters need to show and teach the task and education learned. Setting example now more then ever. Mainly my field networking and engineering.
You know it’s funny how western society views Muslim women. I remember I had a young Christian employee and she said to me “You guys (meaning Muslims) should educate your women, it’ll help liberate them” I said to her “My mother has a bachelors in home economics and my wife has a masters in business administration, my wife is more educated than me and both of them are more educated then you. Because you only have a high school diploma.” I still remember the look of shock on her face and it wasn’t to humiliate her, but it was to defend Muslim women. I explained to her that in Islam, my job is to provide and my wife’s job is to nurture. If my wife ever needed to work, she could apply at Goldman Sachs and be hired right away because of the value of her degree from the university she went to. My mother is 70 and she went to college when many women in the west weren’t.

Assalamu alaykum. Even in the regions that they say Muslim women are oppressed is it Islam that is oppressing them? Rather it would be unislamic factors that oppress them.
Yes and also they just make up lies and omit important information about the Muslim world. Just like they are lying blatantly about everything going on in Palestine right now. They've beeb lying blatantly about the Muslim world all the time. For example, the New York Times will have an article about "Child marriage" in Bangladesh and show images of a young child there and talk about how they lack freedom and are so oppressed unlike western women, meanwhile they give absolutely no context as to the fact that those families are extremely poor, in desperate situations, and they consider that early marriage arrangement to be a huge blessing for them and their children, meaning their daughter will be taken good care of ...and there are other things too that the poverty conditions may lead parents to making tough decisions which are not always islamically permitted/ethical but the people are not even literate and they are not properly educated on Islam, but the western media will try to portray it as Islam. The western media is a Zionist establishment with the purpose of achieving colonial objectives, to fund wars in the Middle East and other countries around the world. Their main purpose is to subjugate the Muslim world to prevent its unity. The unity of the Muslim world is the thing they fear the most...

The Hijab is veil of modesty but when Muslim women practice modesty it’s a problem but when the Nun dresses modestly it is not a problem. When the scriptures of both Jewish and Christian scripture instruct the women to dress modestly it is ignored. How is it that in the world we celebrate women being declothed strip naked the world is silent but the muslim woman chooses to clothed and not sexualized by the world it’s a problem. During the time of Prophet Muhammad pbuh women played various roles from business woman, and serving a role during times of war. Women are not regulated to house. The value of a woman is beyond sex or house wife they are Scholars, inventor’s and more.

Here in Algeria, although it is a secular country, when a woman marries and the man is a responsible and rational person and applies a little of his religion, she finds her very happy and ready to die for her husband, as well as the sister and mother, they live like queens, and I mean psychologically and not a condition for material comfort, the argument of the West is flimsy, they are the ones who live depression, a high divorce rate, dysfunctional families and society torn.

Subxannalah I was listening to another podcast. Us woman going to work, we at least have 7 hats on. Wife, sister, mother, friend, colleague, Manager and role model. It's hard but with all of this one hat that overseas is our deen inny?. So we fulfil all these roles with the sole hat. There was a hadith that says I forget doing tasks when needed or when needed task are done. Basically role is different at times... Personally I do feel like my professional task needs to be done and shown for those to follow. Insha allah may Allah grant me that possibility

My experience and what i heard from other women- it’s actually hard to find a sincere God fearing muslim man, so while we wanna believe that women are truly free n happy- the kind of men that we have in the mosques are underpar- so not just the non-muslims but even the muslim women are v disillusioned and unhappy.
These men kill the spirit of these women that want to be good wives. I have seen several in the mosque- u dont see life in their eyes.
im talking from pov of muslim women here in the US. men are not faithful anymore n use religion as an excuse to satisfy lust n marry or watch out for more but use the same religion saying that a woman should be happy with whatever is being provided and not really understand her emotions. there are very few couples that seem genuinely happy- most are just putting up or divorcing unfortunately.

The believing women and the believing men
The question of Muslim women, being oppressed, only comes in the minds of ignorant people who has no potential for critical thinking.
The Quran says, ' Men are in charge of women because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other.' (Surah 4:34). If the guys are IN CHARGE of the women then the women, by logic, are subject to the will of the guys, and are therefore NOT free.
