- I get a lot of questions regarding layering chains. I basically starter RUclips talking about how to layer chains. I feel same length layering is the easiest choice and a great option. We tend to overthink and make things complicated. Stacking your chains will give a clean look and enhance your gold chains style with a thick gold chain look. This is my go to for my everyday gold chains. Let me know how you layer your everyday gold chains!

i think it's a matter of personal preference. i personally like that stack on top messy look vs the neat layering look. also, the baby curbs look like a diamond cut version of the miami cubans.

LIFE HACK:
I think round and flat links can stack well together, if you consider a 3rd dimension of height in your setup. Like Braden says, round links will dominate in similar mm groups; but, it’s because they get thicker at larger sizes quicker than flat links. My opinion...🙋🏾♂️...on making this work is to pair a significantly smaller width round link with a larger width flat link. That way, the rounded chain would subtly compliment the flat chain, and neither one’s thickness/height would overshadow the other.
Example: I commonly wear a 2mm rope (no pendant) with a 5mm flat curb. They’re both the same length and I get a lot of love on the look.

I'm a simple and modest dude. Everyday is a single 14k 22in 2.9mm DC rope chain that I've had for 20 yrs.
When I'm going out somewhere nice, I'll put on my 5mm DC 14k Jacoje rope chain.

Stacked a Silver 22 and a silver 20 rope with belcher. Both 3mm. It’s class. I’m gonna add a 20/22 with either a Connell or wheat style next!

I'm rocking a 22in 4mm 14k white gold flat curb paired with a 24in 3mm 18k white gold plain franco . Gave my 22in 4mm 14k yellow gold flat curb to my 14 year old son.
i have a 15" neck and how i layer is by going two inches of difference between each chain. with the bottom chain you want to try to make it the thickest but if you cant do that, dont stress over it. it is recommended but not required. just go with what you have and be happy that you even own a chain and preferably, a jacoje one. added note: 4 inches of chain difference should only imo be used for a pendant on the top chain. if its on bottom, stay with the 2' rule if it works for you which im sure it most likely will.

Copped my firer chain for my bday a simple 2.5 Miami Cuban & bought my self a 3mm trie gold rope for Xmas stacked them both 20in & now I’m on the fence about what kind a link I should get next for sure it’s gotta be a 4mm tho 20in stacking 🔥

I’m working towards a 4 chain 2 pendant setup. 20 inch 2.5mm miami Cuban, 22inch 2mm mariner, 22 inch 2mm 14kt diamond cut Franco with 1/4 coin pendant and lastly 22 inch 2mm 18kt diamond cut Franco with 18kt flooded diamond Mini cross.

I've goth both a 3mm rope and 3mm franco at 24inches from Jacoje and wears great together. You can wear them with or without pendants. Tucked in or hanging out. Knowing you have the best chains on, it doesn't matter how you wear them 😁

I use to rock a 7mm flat curb now I rock a 7mm Miami Cuban and the Cuban just shits all over the flat I can’t bring myself to wear the flat no more or with I like 1 chain that works for me but I wouldn’t be against adding another Miami Cuban 24” is my go too

My daily setup is a micro diamond goat pendant on a 4mm flat curb 22in and a solid diamond cut gold name plate that says the word “GOAT” on a 6mm flat curb 22in. And I stack them together, yellow gold. Looking to throw some white in there soon to mismatch it together

You would save money with the flat curb but it's a wider chain bigger look. The Miami Cuban is heavier, not as wide but thicker chain. Go to a kiosk in the mall because they'll have both chains and try them both. Then go purchase what you like.

i'm personally too worried about scuffing my chains by stacking them on top of each other at the same length. not sure if it really is even an issue lol. the only layer i do is my 7.5mm 22" cuban and 4.5mm 28" franco for the disco ball effect (as braden would put it).

I just copped the 2mm 18 inch yellow gold mariner off your site as an accent for my 3.5 mm 22inch rope and cross that ive been rocking for 10 years. Well see how its looks paired I just want a subtle accent chain and the mariner 2mm for the look and price seemed like a good choice even tho u say they clash.
