हम कुछ रिश्तेदार मै 23 मे मनाली गये थे। मैं खुद 1988 मे मनाली गया था। पर इस वक्त मै अटल टनेल देखना था इसलिए रिश्तेदारोंके साथ गया।
और उस टनेल से गुजरते हुए इतना गर्व मैने मेहसूस किया।
जैसी टनेल मैने नाॅर्वेमे, स्वीडन, हालैंड, अमरिका, और कौलालंपूरमे देखी थी उससे भी अच्छी टनेल हमने बनाई है।
दिल खुष हुआ।

Good job Shubhankar , I just have to add one thing as an civil engineer that you should put more graphics so that a lay man can understand all these things as well .

बचपन मेरा देवप्रयाग आज का उत्तराखंड,में बीता है।
डी जी बी आर ही पहाड़ों की सड़कों को बनाती थी।
आर्टिफिशियल लेक के बर्स्ट होने पर पच्चासों किमी सड़क पुल अलकनंदा में बह गई थी बद्रीनाथ धाम की।
मात्र 6 माह में नया सड़क मार्ग तैयार हुआ डी जी बी आर द्वारा।

Aap iss podcast ke sath use bhi try kar skte hai jisme aap students/youths/old age groups me normal interaction kr skte hain...I am sure audience would like that as well

The great thing about these podcasts is bringing hidden real heroes to front. And the story and what made them what they are today. Atal tunnel is something is what we heard in news but with such detail, its so amazing. Kudos to host rajan and JK cement.
Sincere salute to BRO. Long back I had read a book in Marathi named "रारांग ढांग" ( Rarang dhnag ) writtent by Prabhakar Pendharkar (himself BRO Engineer). It was gripping. Then about 12 years ago, when I travelled to Chang la, Khardung la, I was thrilled by seeing the quality of road made by BRO. Promptness in clearing the muck in case of landslide was amazing.
Then few months ago, I travelled to Manali and drove through the ATAL TUNNEL. It is just awesome.
Once again salute to every one from BRO for the stupendous work they are doing for the country. They are providing year round connectivity to areas like Leh. I would say that it is most exemplary peace time contribution by military. We must salute them.
Also I want to thank JK Super Podcast and the host Rajan for hosting this and many such episodes with all hunbleness and still bring out best from the guest.
Very well explained sir...particularly .. answer on lowering the pollution due to construction of tunnel which avoided idle running of vehicles and thus cutting down the pollution ... excellent and very logical reply... proud of you...best wishes.. regards.
